Claudio Bazzani is glad to welcome you at Bed&Breakfast RE' PERONE and informs you about some basic rules of common sense and mutual respect in order to guarantee a pleasant stay for all the guests.

Bed&Breakfast is a special kind of accommodation and offers essential services in an informal way. For this reason a 24 hour reception service is not available. Guests are kindly requested to comunicate by phone or e-mail the expected arrival time 24 hours in advance in order to avoid waiting times (claims in this matter will be not accepted).

Check-in is from 2.00pm to 6.00pm and Check-out before 11.00am, please notify the day before your arrival time. For different needs you have to tell us when you reserve.

The guests are encouraged, upon arrival, to provide an identity document for the registration required by law. Data of the guests are treated in accordance with "privacy law".

Bed&Breakfast is not obligated to give off an invoice or tax receipt but you can receive a document with the amount paid and the details of your stay. Is expected a tax of 0.50 € a day for each person.

Please note that in case of no-show the entire deposit will be hold as compensation and in the event of early departure any refund is provided.

Payment and cancellations terms and conditions.

A 30% deposit of the total amount of stay is required.
Payment in full is required within 30 days prior to arrival date.
For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the date of arrival, the total romm price will be charged as retention.

Bed&Breakfast i served from 08.30 to 10.00. It is compulsory to give information in advance in case of food intolerance or allergic. Claudio will do the best in order to satisfy every requests.

Room and bathroom cleaning and change of bed linen and towels will be carried out on arrival and every 3 days from 11.00am to 01.00pm.

Due to insurance and law issues in the Bed&Breakfast is forbidden to cook, start a fire, make barbecue, use electric or gas cooker.

It is forbidden to smoke, you can do it in the garden.

Bed&Breakfast does not accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to object to your propriety left unattended in rooms or in the common areas and for any damage to persons, pets or objects to and from third parts.

Bed&Breakfast disclaims any liability for the use of the private swimming pool that is not supervised by lifeguard.

It is recommended to observe silence from 10.00pm to 08.00am and form 01.00pm to 03.00pm.

In any case, please keep a behaviour that respect the tranquillity of the other guests.

Pets are allowed. Please inform at the time of booking.

Dear guests please note that Bed&Breakfast takes part to "green line project", please use electric power and water responsibly.
